Fall Festival Partnerships
Partner with Us at the LRPPG Fall Festival!
The LRPPG Fall Festival is a vibrant community event that unites families, friends, and neighbors for an afternoon of seasonal fun, fresh food, and lively entertainment. We invite local organizations and community groups to partner with us in making this event even more special. By hosting a booth, you'll have a unique opportunity to engage with local attendees, showcase your services, and contribute to the joyful spirit of the festival! Partner organizations can expect:
- Pre-event support: IERCD, as one of several core LRPPG partners, is here to help. We can assist with designing fall-themed activities, providing giveaway ideas, and answering any questions you have. If you need assistance to participate in the 2024 LRPPG Fall Festival, we’re ready to help!
- Significant event promotion: The LRPPG Fall Festival is being widely promoted across multiple platforms and community channels. Our outreach includes local newspapers, community calendars, physical flyers at area libraries and community centers, postcards mailed to nearby residents, and shareable social media posts distributed by LRPPG and its network of partners. While we can’t guarantee specific attendance numbers, we’re committed to maximizing awareness and value for all who participate!
- Event support: We’ll be on hand to assist with booth setup and takedown and work with you to ensure you have a prime location to connect with attendees. As a partner, you’ll also enjoy a free lunch from a local vendor and have time between setup and the community’s arrival to visit other booths.
Event Schedule:
- IERCD staff arrive on-site: 8:00 AM
- Community Partner Arrival/Set up: 11:00AM
- Community partner lunch/event preview: 12 PM
- Event open to the public: 1 PM - 5 PM
- Breakdown: 5 PM
- IERCD staff leave: 6:00 pm
What to Bring:
To ensure a successful and engaging booth at the LRPPG Fall Festival, we recommend bringing the following items:
- Fall-Themed Activity: Plan a fun, interactive activity that aligns with the festival’s autumn theme to engage community members. If you need ideas or support in designing the activity, please reach out to IERCD staff—we’re here to help!
- Giveaways: Consider bringing branded giveaways from your organization or items provided by LRPPG. These can be great for attracting visitors to your booth and leaving a lasting impression.
- Eco-Conscious Choices: We encourage all partners to prioritize sustainability. When planning activities, decorations, or giveaways, please consider eco-friendly options. Leading by example helps promote our collective goal of environmental stewardship!
- Promotional Materials: Don’t forget to bring information about your organization’s upcoming events or announcements that might interest attendees. This is a great opportunity to share your future initiatives with the community!
- Booth Essentials:
- Tables and Chairs: We will provide tables and chairs for your booth, but feel free to bring additional items if needed.
- Shade Coverage: If you have an EZ-Up or canopy, please bring it for additional shade. If you don’t have one, let us know, and we’ll place your booth in a shaded area.
- Securing Materials: Be prepared for outdoor conditions—bring items like paperweights, clips, or tape to secure lightweight materials on windy days.
- Reusable Water Bottles: In our effort to be eco-conscious, we ask that you bring your own reusable water bottle. Water refill stations will be available throughout the event, and your example will encourage attendees to make sustainable choices as well. We will have a special prize for community members and partners who bring a reusable water bottle. You don't want to miss it!
